We are a niche London law firm which is focused on delivering professional legal services in the following areas of law:

We pride ourselves on offering our clients a one to one service experience right through the whole process of their particular legal matter from start to finish.

Mrs Manimala Thirumaney, who is our Principal Solicitor, will be responsible for all the works which will be undertaken in respect of your specific matter. She will also be responsible for agreeing with you a fee structure regime once she has assessed an accurate indication of costs relating to your matter following receipt of your initial instructions.

Mrs Thirumaney was called to the Bar in England & Wales, as a Barrister, in 1996 and has been practising as a solicitor since 2007. She has been practising immigration, human rights and asylum law since 2004 with specialist experience of attending to all aspects of immigration cases which relate to both application and court/appeal stages of any particular category as listed below within our fee range table. She established our Firm in December 2014 and has been practising at our Firm as a sole practitioner to current date. Therefore, Mrs Thirumaney maintains full conduct and supervisory role in respect of all cases undertaken by our Firm.

By instructing us, you will be represented by Mrs Manimala Thirumaney, who is a Solicitor Advocate. She will have full conduct of your matter with the assistance of her personal assistant.

MrsM Thirumaney, having also been Called to the Bar as a Barrister, conducts most of our court cases herself as our clients' advocate; thereby ensuring that clients have the benefit of her professional services right through the process of their case including attendances/representations at any court hearings should the need arise.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We want to give you the best possible service. However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service, we have provided then you should inform us immediately, so that we can do our best to resolve the problem.

In the first instance it may be helpful to contact the person who is working on your case to discuss your concerns and we will do our best to resolve any issues. If you would like to make a formal complaint, please contact Ms Manimala Thirumaney, the Principal of this firm by telephone, email or by post to our office. Making a complaint will not affect how we handle your case.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you can ask the Legal Ombudsman (PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ) to consider the complaint. Normally, you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint; no more than six years from the date of act/omission; or no more than three years from when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint. They will look at your complaint independently and it will not affect how we handle your case.
